These outline how we operate, what you can expect from us. It’s all about keeping things transparent, and respectful.
Terms of Services
We provide a range of technology and creative services, which may include (but are not limited to) branding, logo design, AI development, software programming, IT infrastructure, hardware build-outs, video production, web design, strategy, digital assets, and consulting. The exact scope of work, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be clearly outlined in a project proposal, estimate, or agreement before any work begins.
Some custom AI projects begin with a pilot program for testing or include a discovery process to identify automation opportunities, bottlenecks, best practices, risk mitigation needs, and governance policy guidance, and/or to establish the SOW (Scope of Work). This process helps determine scalability, define SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and/or validate the business case. For these pilot engagements, an initial timeline and budget will be established, and any implementation estimate for development and delivery will be provided through proposals outlining the process, technology testing, KPI goals, technology stack, deployment details, and ongoing support (if required).
Some of our services can be deployed by subscribing to our business-ready suite of AI applications, business automation tools, AI agents, and chatbots. These solutions can be deployed quickly, trained on your data, and supported by a robust knowledge base, guardrails, LLM fine-tuning, and automation tool integrations. They enable rapid AI deployment using proven pipelines and workflows, along with industry-leading enterprise hosting, security, and the LLM models best suited for your needs.
A variety of digital media services are provided by our AI and Creative Services division, One Media. These services are delivered by experienced art directors and producers specializing in production and digital media, using the latest technologies and tools to achieve high-impact, cinematic quality at affordable costs. With over 30 years of production experience and 5 years of experience with generative AI, Variety prides itself on implementing new workflows that use AI ethically, train only on consensual data, and enable artists to explore new possibilities for their vision—guided by human imagination and direction. We update this website with our latest video projects and reels to demonstrate what is possible today for narrative and brand-driven opportunities.

Payments and Invoicing
We operate with transparency and fairness when it comes to payments. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment typically 30% to 50%—before we begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of assets or completion of the project. For larger or long term projects, milestone-based payments may be set up and included in the proposal. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, other agreed methods. Late payments may result in delayed deliverables, temporary suspension of work, a late fee. We appreciate prompt and clear communication around any billing questions.
Cancellation and Termination
VARIEDY TERMS FOR CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT
→ The deposit remains non-refundable
→ You will be invoiced for any work completed up to the point of cancellation
→ You will not have rights to use unfinished or unpaid creative materials
Confidentiality
We understand that during a project, you may share private business information, creative ideas, or strategic materials with us. We treat all such information as confidential and will never disclose it to third parties without your consent. Likewise, we expect you to respect our creative processes and internal methods. If needed, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive project information and maintain a trustworthy working relationship.
