Terms of Services
We provide a range of technology and creative services, which may include but are not limited to branding, logo design, AI development, software programming, IT infrastructure, hardware build-outs, video production services, web design, strategy, digital assets, and consultation. The exact scope of work, deliverables, and timeline of each project will be clearly outlined in a project proposal, estimates, or agreement before any work begins.
Some custom AI projects start with a pilot program for testing or instiagte a discovery process to identify automation, bottlenecks, best practices, risk mitigation, governance policy guidance, and/or establish SOW (Scope of Work) to determine scalability, define SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and/or case validation. In these pilot cases, an initial timeline and budget will be established, and an estimate of implementation of project development and delivery will be in the form of proposals outlining the process, technology testing, KPI goals, technology stacks, deployment details, and ongoing support if required.
Some services we provide can be deployed by subscribing to our business-ready suite of AI applications , business automation tools, AI agents, and chatbots ready to be deployed trained on your data, with robust knowledge base, rail guards, LLM fine tuning, and automation tool integrations. Variety digital media services are provided by our new AI and Creative Services division, One Media. These services are provided by experienced art directors and producers in production, digital media, and production using the latest technologies and tools to deliver high-impact, cinematic quality at affordable costs. With over 30 years of experience in production and 5 years of experience with generative AI, Variety prides itself on using new work flows that use AI ethically, only train on consensual data, and enable artists to explore new potential to their vision using AI guided by the human imagination and direction. We update this website with our latest video projects and reels to realize what is possible today in narrative and brand-driven opportunities. The following list requires an initial free consultation to outline and scope your goals and determine a budget or set up a monthly retainer to deliver branded content for campaigns, social media, or product launches.

Payments and Invoicing
We operate with transparency and fairness when it comes to payments. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment typically 30% to 50%—before we begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of assets or completion of the project. For larger or long term projects, milestone-based payments may be set up and included in the proposal. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, other agreed methods. Late payments may result in delayed deliverables, temporary suspension of work, a late fee. We appreciate prompt and clear communication around any billing questions.
Cancellation and Termination

→ You will be invoiced for any work completed up to the point of cancellation
→ You will not have rights to use unfinished or unpaid creative materials
Confidentiality
We understand that during a project, you may share private business information, creative ideas, or strategic materials with us. We treat all such information as confidential and will never disclose it to third parties without your consent. Likewise, we expect you to respect our creative processes and internal methods. If needed, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive project information and maintain a trustworthy working relationship.
