Carson doesn’t just build products—he builds the organizations behind them. With more than three decades of experience, his work has consistently blended three worlds that don’t often meet in one operator: the structured thinking of industrial engineering, the accountability of accounting and P&L ownership, and the agility required to start and scale companies in the real world.

His career began in Chicago, where he led data modeling and database management efforts for companies like Motorola, Allstate, and Morningstar. It was an early immersion in what separates good decisions from expensive guesses: clean data, clear models, and the discipline to measure what matters.

That same mindset took him into global consulting with Capgemini and Grant Thornton, leading complex, high-stakes initiatives and product launches in industries where execution leaves no room for error—telecommunications, automotive, and energy. Across each engagement, his focus stayed constant: align stakeholders, simplify complexity, and build repeatable systems that teams can actually run.

For the past 15 years, he’s applied those lessons to entrepreneurship—founding and scaling businesses including Pm2net and Variedy. His playbook is equal parts strategic and hands-on: strong financial fundamentals (including time as a proprietary trader, FINRA Series 7 & 63), sales organizations built to win new markets, and an ability to translate complex data into operational clarity.

He also believes the best leaders understand narrative—not just metrics.
